Run a compliance assessment
Check where your business stands and get a prioritised fix list.
Open Compliance
Go to Compliance from the sidebar. The dashboard shows your overall compliance score, upcoming deadlines, and any overdue items at a glance.
Tap Run Assessment
Tap the Run Assessment button. Choose your industry type from the dropdown (General, Fintech, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Technology, Oil & Gas, Agriculture) to get sector-specific rules checked.
Wait for results
The assessment runs automatically — it checks your profile data, existing filings, and known obligations. Results appear in the Assessments tab in about 30 seconds.
Review your overall score
Your Compliance Score (0–100%) shows how complete your compliance posture is. Scores below 60% flag as High Risk. Tap your score card to see the breakdown by category: Corporate, Tax, Labour, Data Protection, and Industry-specific.
Work through the Gaps tab
Switch to the Gaps tab. Each identified gap has a severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low) and a recommended action. Critical and High gaps should be resolved first — they carry the highest fine and prosecution risk.
Create remediation tasks
For each gap, tap Create Task. Set a due date, assign it to a team member, and add notes. The task appears in the Tasks tab with a priority badge so nothing gets lost.
Generate compliance policies
Tap Generate Policy to create standard policy documents the assessment flagged as missing — e.g. a Data Protection Policy, Anti-Corruption Policy, or Whistleblower Policy. Fill in your company name and industry, then tap Generate.
Use the risk map and calendar
The Risk Map shows your exposure visually by regulatory area. The Calendar tab lists every upcoming filing deadline with its due date — use it to plan ahead and assign tasks before deadlines hit.
Re-run periodically
Tap Run Assessment again every quarter (or after a major change — new employees, new activities, restructuring). Your score should improve as you close gaps. The history tab shows all past assessment scores so you can track progress.
