Create board documents and keep PSC and whistleblower records.
Open Governance
Go to Governance. Tabs cover Documents, Forms, Shareholders, Directors, Resolutions, the AI Toolkit, CAC Return, Calendar, and more.
Generate documents
In the Documents tab, tap New Document to create board resolutions and meeting minutes, and use Send for Signature when they're ready.
Keep key registers
Record people with significant control with Add Beneficial Owner, track conflicts of interest under COI, log whistleblower reports, and keep proof in the Evidence Vault.
