Add a note about a customer
Jot down preferences, reminders, or anything worth remembering.
Open the Notes tab
On the customer's profile, open the Notes tab.
Write your note
Type what you want to remember — a delivery preference, a promise you made, anything useful.
Save it
Tap Save Note. The note stays on their profile so anyone helping them later sees it too.
