Set up automatic payment reminders (dunning)
Let JusticeSure chase unpaid invoices by email, SMS, and WhatsApp for you.
Open Smart Dunning
Go to Dunning and tap New Campaign.
Name it and set the tone
Give the campaign a name, pick a tone — Friendly, Firm, or Legal — and choose the trigger, e.g. start chasing a set number of days after the invoice is overdue.
Add the reminder steps
Add each reminder: choose the channel (Email, SMS, or WhatsApp) and how many days after the trigger it goes out. Use placeholders like {{amount}} and {{payLink}} so each message fills in the customer's own figures.
Create the campaign
Tap Create Campaign. Reminders then send automatically on schedule and stop as soon as the invoice is paid.
