Manage a production job
Track items you make or assemble from raw materials to finished stock.
Open Production
Go to Get Paid → Production. It has four tabs: Orders (group a customer's garments), Jobs (each item you're making), Templates (saved material recipes), and Materials (fabric and trim stock).
Start a job
On the Jobs tab tap New Job. Name the garment, pick the customer, list the materials it uses, and set a price. The stock for those materials is set aside for the job straight away.
Track and finish
A job stays Open while you work, then you tap Mark Complete when it's done. If a job has no materials, you can complete it as labour only.
Bill the customer
Invoice a single garment from the Jobs tab, or bill a whole order's garments together from the Orders tab — even before every item is finished.
