Send a quote (proforma invoice)
Give a customer a price estimate, then turn it into a real invoice in one tap.
Open Quotes & Proforma Invoices
Go to Get Paid → Proforma Invoices and tap Create Quote.
Build the quote
Add the client and the items with prices. Set a 'Valid Until' date so the quote doesn't last forever, and choose the branch, currency, VAT, and any terms.
Send it
Share the quote by WhatsApp, SMS, or email, or copy the public quote link the customer can open.
Convert when accepted
Mark it Accepted when the customer agrees, then tap Convert to Invoice. The totals carry over exactly — nothing to retype — and the new invoice starts as a draft you can send.
