Send quotes and estimates
Create a quote, send it to a client, and turn it into an invoice when accepted.
Open Quotes & Proforma Invoices
Go to Get Paid → Quotes. The cards at the top show your total quotes, how many are awaiting a response, and how many have been accepted.
Create a quote
Tap Create Quote, choose the customer, and add line items from your inventory. Set quantities, prices, a 'Valid Until' date, and any discount or VAT.
Send it to your client
Save the quote, then share it by WhatsApp, SMS, or email, or copy the public link — they get a tidy, professional estimate.
Convert when accepted
When the client says yes, mark the quote Accepted, then tap Convert to Invoice — the totals carry over exactly, and the new invoice opens as a draft you can send.
