Stay on top of statutory labour duties
Handle PenCom, NSITF, ITF, and NHF registrations and remittances.
Open Labour Workflows
Go to Labour Workflows from the HR & Payroll menu. The page shows a dashboard of your four statutory obligations: PenCom (pension), NSITF (injury fund), ITF (training fund), and NHF (housing fund).
Complete your PenCom registration
Under the PenCom card, follow the registration checklist: gather your CAC certificate, employee NIN list, and company TIN, then upload them using the Upload Documents button. Once approved, enter your PenCom employer code in the field provided.
Register with NSITF
Under the NSITF card, tap Start Registration to generate the NSITF-001 form pre-filled with your business details. Upload it along with your CAC docs and record your certificate number once received.
Register with ITF
Under the ITF card, check if your annual payroll is above ₦50 million — if so you're liable. Follow the registration steps and note your ITF employer number for remittances.
Enrol employees in NHF
Under NHF, each employee earning ₦3,000+ monthly must be enrolled. Use the Bulk Enrol button to register all eligible staff at once using their NIN details. The system auto-calculates the 2.5% monthly contribution per employee.
Record a remittance payment
In the Remittance Tracker tab, tap Record Payment. Choose the scheme (e.g. PenCom), enter the payment amount and reference number, and set the period it covers. Upload the bank receipt or payment confirmation.
Download remittance schedules
Before paying a statutory body, tap Generate Schedule next to the relevant scheme. This produces an Excel remittance schedule with each employee's contribution for that month — required by PenCom and NSITF portals.
Track compliance status
The overview cards turn green when all contributions are up to date. If a scheme shows Overdue, tap it to see which periods are missing and use the escalation note to flag it to your finance team.
