Adjust stock or do a stock count
Fix stock numbers after a delivery, a count, or breakages.
Open Stock History
On Smart Inventory, go to the Stock History tab and tap Record Movement (or use Scan & Act to scan the item first).
Pick the item and movement type
Choose the item, then the Movement Type: Restock for a delivery, Damaged/Lost for breakages, or Stock Count (Set to) to overwrite the count after a physical count.
Enter the amount
Type the quantity. Most types add or remove units; Stock Count (Set to) uses the exact number you counted. If you have branches, pick the Branch where it happened.
Say why and save
Add a note explaining the change, then save. The stock level updates everywhere — including low-stock alerts — and the movement is logged in Stock History.
