Add SKU and barcode
Give items a code so you can scan them and avoid duplicates.
Enter a SKU
In the item, type a SKU — your own short code for the product. The form warns you if the code is already used by another item.
Add a barcode
Under Additional Details, enter the product's barcode number, or scan it in.
Scan to sell or find
Once an item has a barcode, you can use Scan & Act and the till's scanner to pull it up instantly instead of searching by name.
