Update many prices from a spreadsheet
Change lots of cost and selling prices at once by editing and re-uploading a template.
Open Update Prices
On Smart Inventory, open the ⋮ menu and choose Update Prices (Upload).
Download the template
Pick which items to include — Selected items, your Current list, or All inventory — then tap Download template. It comes pre-filled with each item's current cost and selling price.
Edit the prices
In the spreadsheet, change the cost and/or selling prices you want to update, then save the file. Leave a row unchanged to skip it.
Upload and preview
Upload the file back. A preview shows each row's new Cost and Selling price with a status — Update, Unchanged, Unmatched or Error — so you can check before applying.
Apply
Confirm to apply the changes. Every updated price is recorded in your Price Audit Log so there's a clear trail.
