Spot products that should be variants
Let the system suggest items that are really sizes or colours of one product.
Open Variant Opportunities
On Smart Inventory, tap the Variant Opportunities tab.
Review suggestions
It points out separate products that look like versions of one item — for example the same shirt listed once per colour.
Group them
Accept a suggestion to combine them into one product with variants, tidying your list and your reports.
