Add a customer to the sale
Tie a sale to a customer so it shows on their receipts, returns, and balance.
Search for the customer
In the cart, search by name or phone to attach a customer who's already saved.
Add a new customer
If they're new, tap Add Customer and enter at least a name and phone number.
Or use a walk-in
For a quick one-off sale, choose Walk-in and skip saving any details.
Why it helps
Attaching a customer records the sale on their profile — so receipts, returns, store credit, and their running balance all stay correct.
