Take a bank transfer at the till
Accept payment by transfer and know when the money has landed.
Choose Transfer
At checkout, pick Transfer as the payment method. If your business has more than one bank account or POS terminal set up, pick which one the money is going into first, then confirm the order.
Share the account details
An Awaiting Transfer screen shows the account to pay into. Read out or let the customer copy the account number, then ask them to send the exact amount.
Wait for confirmation
The screen waits for the payment automatically and counts down for 5 minutes. When the money lands it confirms on its own and prints the receipt.
Confirm by hand if needed
If you can see the money has arrived but the screen is still waiting, a Confirm Transfer Received button appears after about a minute so you can complete the sale manually.
