Save a cart to finish later, hand it to a cashier, or wait for a manager's approval.
Park a sale
If a customer steps away or you need to serve someone else, park the current cart. Nothing is lost — it's saved as it is.
Hand off to a cashier
A sales rep can park a cart for a cashier to complete. It waits safely until someone picks it up at the till.
Sales waiting for approval
Some sales — like a big pay-later credit — wait for a manager's approval. They appear in the parked / awaiting list.
Resume it
Open the parked list, find the sale, and tap Resume. The cart comes back exactly as it was so you can finish taking payment.
