Receipt format: thermal print vs full A4 invoice
Understand the small till receipt vs the full-page A4 receipt, and how to change it.
Two styles of receipt
The till can print a small thermal receipt (the narrow slip from a receipt printer) or a Full A4 Invoice (a full-page document). Both show the same sale — just different sizes.
It's a saved setting, not a per-sale toggle
Which style prints is set once for the whole business — you don't choose it on each sale. So every receipt comes out the same way until someone changes the setting.
Where to change it
A manager or owner sets it in Get Paid → Settings → Branding (receipt style). Pick 'Receipt' for the small thermal slip or 'Full A4 Invoice' for the full page, and choose the paper size.
Printing and sharing
At the till, tap Print to print in the chosen style. You can also share the receipt by WhatsApp, email, or SMS, or copy the share link — see the 'Reprint or share a receipt' guide.
