Pay with store credit (credit note) at the till
Let a customer use credit they already have to pay for a new purchase.
What store credit is
When a customer is refunded to store credit, or pays too much, we save the balance as a credit note. They can spend it on a future purchase — no cash changes hands.
Attach the customer
In the cart, search for and attach the customer. Their available credit only shows once they're attached — a walk-in has none.
Choose Credit Note at checkout
Tap Checkout and pick Credit Note as the payment method. The screen shows how much credit the customer has.
Use all or part of it
Apply the full sale amount, or type a smaller amount to use just part of their credit. Credit can only be spent at the branch it was given, so if nothing shows, it may belong to another branch.
Collect any remainder
If their credit doesn't cover the whole sale, choose how they pay the rest — cash, card, or transfer — then confirm.
Confirm the sale
Tap Confirm. The credit used is deducted from their balance and the receipt shows exactly what was paid by credit note.
