When you'll be asked
Some actions — big discounts, price overrides, refunds, or force-closing a shift — need a supervisor's approval.
Call a manager over
When the approval box appears, ask a manager to enter their PIN right there at the till.

Once approved, the action goes through and is logged against the manager who approved it, so there's a clear record.
