Assign fabric and materials to a garment
List the fabric, buttons, and trims each garment uses so stock and cost are tracked.
Open the job
On the Jobs tab tap New Job, or open an existing open job and tap Edit (completed or billed jobs are locked).
Add each material
Under Materials, tap Add row and pick a material — fabric, buttons, lining. The picker shows each material's price and how much is in stock.
Set the quantity
Enter how much the garment needs and the unit. If you ask for more than you have, you'll see an out-of-stock warning before you save.
Choose the price
Under Pricing, leave it on the multiplier to mark up the material cost automatically, or switch on Fixed price for a set amount. A preview shows the material cost, selling price, and margin.
No materials listed?
If the picker is empty, go to Inventory and mark the items as Raw Material — only those show up here.
