Take an order for several garments at once
Group a customer's whole order (e.g. suit, kaftan, agbada) into one production order.
Open Orders
Go to Get Paid → Production and stay on the Orders tab, then tap New Production Order.
Pick the customer
Choose the customer, set one Due Date for the whole order, and add any Notes.
Add each garment
Tap Add Garment for every item — for example a bespoke suit, a kaftan, and an agbada. Give each a name and a price (a markup multiplier or a fixed price), and tick 'Add Nigerian VAT (7.5%)' if you charge VAT.
Save and track
Save the order. Each garment becomes its own job, and the order shows progress (like 2/3 done) as you complete them. To add materials to a garment, open its job on the Jobs tab and edit it.
