Set a due date
Give every job or order a Due Date when you create it so it can be tracked.
Spot what's due
On the Jobs tab, due dates show as coloured tags — blue for upcoming, orange for today, red for overdue — and the Overdue filter lists anything past its date.
Watch stock risk
Jobs whose materials are running low are flagged with a Stock needed badge, so you can restock before the date slips.
Get the morning email
Each morning the business owner gets an email listing jobs due within the next 3 days, with anything due today flagged in red.
