Build a cart and check a customer out (sales rep)
Help a customer pick items and complete their purchase on the floor.
Start a new cart
Open the Point of Sale and begin adding the items the customer wants. You can keep adding as you walk the shop floor.
Apply a price override (if allowed)
If you've agreed a special price, use the price-override option on the line. Depending on your permissions this may need a manager's approval.
Attach the customer
Search for the customer by name or phone so the sale is recorded against their profile — handy for receipts, returns, and their running balance.
Hand off or check out
Either take payment yourself at Checkout, or send the cart to a cashier to complete. Pick the payment method and confirm.
